Nomination Process

  2. Understand the Criteria
    Ensure your nominee aligns with UEBA’s core pillars: BUBU alignment, innovation, impact, quality, and leadership.
  3. Prepare Supporting Documents
    Gather evidence of achievements, testimonials, media coverage, or product samples.
  4. Complete the Nomination Form
    Fill in the online form below with accurate and compelling details.
  5. Submit Before Deadline
    Nominations close on the day and time communicated on update page. Early submissions are encouraged.
  6. Evaluation & Shortlisting
    All entries are reviewed by an independent panel of experts. Shortlisted nominees will be contacted for interviews or site visits.
  7. Award Ceremony
    Winners will be announced and celebrated at the official UEBA Gala in Kampala.
